Please carefully read all of this agreement, by requesting services, you have agreed to all the terms and conditions below.All clients must be 18 years or older to order work. I do not and will not work with minors.All payments must be made upfront before I can start work. Once paid, then work and the sketching phase will take place.Work will take up to a month to complete. Clients would be able to ask about commissions through the week (Monday- Friday) Not on the weekends (Saturday-Sunday) I do not answer commissions messages on the weekends.As the artist, I hold the right to refuse to work with you if I feel you are being extremely rude towards me or the content of said request makes me uncomfortable.Refunds will be partial for deciding to cancel the commission. If I feel the client is being rude or disrespectful towards me I can and will partial refund them and drop them as a client. Blacklisting them from ever working with me.Use of AI of any kind is prohibited. By reading and requesting services you have agreed to never use my art in AI. This includes using AI to “enhance” my work, change it or add anything to it in any way. (Including, but not limited to “Grok” “Chat GPT” ect. )This applies to any and all past, present and future artwork.
